I had met her, when she became the choir director at Trinity Episcopal Church in Belleville, Michigan. She would hand me a piece of music on a Saturday night, and tell me that I would be playing it the next morning on my flute. It could be with the choir, or with a soprano soloist, who was also given the music the night before—and it would always come together like it was meant to be. Her smile, as well as her laugh, were contagious, and I still remember her riding one of our horses in the riding arena—the smile so huge. It seemed so right when she volunteered to play my mother’s memorial service, and the chance to sing for her one more time. My heart goes out to her family, and I hope they know how much she was loved by all of us who knew her here Michigan.

With deepest sympathy as you remember Deborah and may the God of all comfort help ease the pain durning the days ahead 2 Corinthians 1:3, 4, Exodus 3:15 and the Bibles promise of the resurrection John 5:28, 29, Psalms 37:29.
